Each morning, our staff prepares a fresh breakfast and serves barista-style coffee, setting you up perfectly for a day of exploring, relaxing, or simply staying in and soaking up the atmosphere.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is currently a construction project next door to the property with work scheduled strictly between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. From April to August 2026, there will be significant construction noise. During this period, we expect significant noise disruption, and the following terms apply to guest bookings:

- Parking access will also be limited for cars.

- Cars can only reach the driveway, approximately 50 meters from the front door entrance.

- Motorbikes can reach the front door without any problems.

- Parking is limited to one car.

- Our staff will assist guests with luggage at any time.

THE SPACE:

The owners built this remarkable villa as their personal residence in Bali, completing the project in 2019. It was designed to be as comfortable as any residential home in the world, with thoughtful decorations throughout. You are now welcome to experience it for yourself.

Conceptualized by renowned Bali-based architect Alexis Dornier, the River House was built with locally sourced sandstone and reclaimed timber. In addition, the wooden latticework on the exterior, paired with multiple semi-outdoor spaces, offers different perspectives as you enjoy all the villa has to offer.

The interior design by Somewhere Concepts leads you through the grand entrance into an inviting space that blends Bali’s tropical outdoors with comfortable finishes. Expect to be blown away by the double-height ceilings, expansive alfresco dining area, and poolside tropical gardens. Contemporary minimalism is effortlessly seen throughout the River House.

Here, you will see the 25m vertical swimming pool, ideally surrounded by lush greenery to provide shade from the afternoon sun.

Experience a new way of living with views of the generously landscaped gardens thoughtfully prepared by the Bali Landscape Company, which feature coconut trees, rice fields, and river access.
