A construction project next door will continue throughout 2025, with work scheduled strictly between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. During this time, we are expecting a significant level of noise disruption. Bedroom: Master bedroom with a king-size bed on the second floor.
Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a large rainfall shower, hot water, double vanity, a large mirror featuring guest toiletries, premium towels, and a hairdryer.
Kitchen: The functional kitchen is located on the ground level, featuring a refrigerator, a fresh tropical fruit bowl, drinking water, and tea and coffee facilities.
Entertainment: Smart TV, streaming services, Netflix, cable TV, SONOS.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi access is available in the villa.
LOCATION: Pererenan is one of Bali's most sought-after locations. The River Studio is ideally located for those who want more than the hustle and bustle of the major tourist areas, yet remain close enough to enjoy them. Pererenan is a coastal village where many expats choose to live, as it offers the best of both worlds.
BREAKFAST: Please note that the River Studio booking does not include breakfast. The villa is the perfect tropical escape; the staff does not provide a cooked breakfast to offer complete privacy. We recommend ordering breakfast or brunch from the nearby cafe, Honey Kitchen. Our staff can place your order and deliver it to your villa, allowing you to relax. This is an additional charge, as specified in the menu. Please request the menu from our staff on arrival.
PARKING: On-site car parking is not available at The River Studio. Parking for 1-2 scooters is permitted at the villa's entrance. Car parking is available on the main street, or we can arrange secure parking for an additional fee close to the villa. The security guard is on-site each night from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, and we offer guests added peace of mind with 24-hour CCTV.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Arrival is from 2:00 pm daily, and departure time is at 11:00 am daily.

Villa Services
You will be left mostly to yourself when staying at the studio so guests can have complete privacy. There will be a daily cleaning service by our lovely housekeeping staff. The Villa Manager will be available to assist you with your stay in Bali. Should you need anything please do not hesitate to ask with anything from sim cards to hiring a scooter.
The kitchen is fully functioning and we have a selection of amazing cafes within 3 minutes walk. Honey Kitchen is perfect for brunch and is just 20 metres from the front door. Masmara is another great choice for Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Monsieur Spoon - for truly amazing baked goods and croissants.

We built this property as an escape for discerning couples and individuals who wish to have both luxury and space.
The upstairs guest bedroom features the finest European linen sheets on a latex mattress to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
We also provide Sensatia Botanicals products (made locally in Bali) such as soap and body wash in the guest bathroom. We believe your comfort is in the little details. Finally, the property also has high-speed internet (50mbps) for your convenience.
